• From 3 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Valid for Changi Airport (SIN) Plaza Premium Lounge OR Blossom – SATS & Plaza Premium Lounge only, as selected
• Use of lounge is available for three or six hours prior to your departure flight, as per package selected
• Complimentary access applies for children under 2 accompanying a paying adult. Children aged 2 years old or above will be charged as adults
• Any excess amount and additional purchases must be paid directly to Plaza Premium Group
• Baggage storage is available during lounge visit only
