• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your session start time. Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher
• Bookings valid for the date selected on purchase. All participants are requested to be there at least 10 minutes before your session start time

• Exclusions: Food and drinks not stated in inclusions, hotels transfers and merchandise
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Please reserve your preferred date and time slot prior to visiting
• Giant swing is suitable for 1–3 participants. Each participant is required to purchase their own ticket
• Please note the following height and weight limits apply to the below activities:
  • Giant Swing: Minimum height restriction of 120cm applies. Minimum child weight is 30kg. Note: Children must fit safely into the child-size harness to participate in this experience. Minimum adult weight is 60kg; maximum adult weight is 150kg; maximum combined weight is 300kg
  • Bungy Jump: Minimum height restriction of 120cm applies. Minimum jump weight is 45kg; maximum jump weight is 150kg
  • Tandem Bungy Jump: Minimum height restriction of 120cm applies. Minimum individual (per person) weight is 45kg; maximum individual (per person) weight is 140kg. Minimum combined weight is 100kg; maximum combined weight is 200kg. Note: Maximum weight difference between participants is 45kg

Terms & Conditions:

• All participants must sign an activity waiver form during registration. For children aged under 18 years, a parent or guardian is required to sign the waiver on behalf of the minor
• All participants must be able to fit in provided harnesses and helmets and must adhere to safety instructions provided by Skypark Sentosa by AJ Hackett staff
• Participants must not be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol
• Skypark Sentosa is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during any activity
• Participants must not have any physical or mental disabilities that may jeopardise the safety of themselves or others
• Skypark Sentosa by AJ Hackett can accommodate most medical conditions. Please contact the vendor directly prior to booking should you have any of the following conditions: High blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy, previous dislocations, neurological conditions, recent sprains, fragile skin, asthma, visual or hearing impairments, recent surgical procedures, prosthetics, physical impairments, previous spinal injuries or surgeries, or contact lenses
• This is an all weather activity. However, inclement weather conditions may impact availability of experience. Skypark Sentosa by AJ Hackett may cancel or amend bookings for participant safety
• Any reckless or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premise
• Dining Credit Upgrade: S$15 dining credit is valid for redemption on food and beverages at Summerhouse Beach Club only. Credit must be redeemed on the same day as your booked experience. Entire credit value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:
