Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, transfers and merchandise
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Guests must remain seated at all times keeping their hands, arms, feet, and legs within the seat for the entire VR Experience
• Guests are responsible for their personal well-being and belongings at all times
• For your safety, please refrain from disembarking the motion platform until it has come to a complete stop

Terms & Conditions

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult
• Guests must be between 110cm to 190cm, and under 100kg to enjoy the VR experience. (Maximum weight limit: 100kg)
• The VR Experience is not suitable for the following: Pregnant women, guests who require mobility assistance, guests who are prone to motion sickness, guests with fear of enclosed spaces, guests with a history of: epilepsy/heart/blood pressure conditions/back or neck conditions, guests who are sensitive to strobe effects or flashing lights, guests who have recently undergone surgery, guests under the influence of alcohol

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
