• Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Clothing that covers your shoulders and knees (*this is required to visit the Big Buddha)

Availability:

• Available every day on request: 8.30am, 12pm and 2.30pm
• Bookings available until 31/12/2025
• Bookings valid for the date and validity as selected upon purchase
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Shared return transfers available from Patong, Kata, Karon and Chalong areas. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking and ICS Thailand will be in touch directly to organise exact pick-up time
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the organised departure time. Late arrivals and no shows voids offer.

Important:

• Please allow up to three hours for this experience
• Zipline experience will run for approximately one hour
• ATV adventure tour will run for approximately one hour
• Visit to the Big Buddha will last approximately 20 minutes and is self-guided. Guests are required to dress respectfully if they wish to visit the Big Buddha. This includes clothing that covers the knees and shoulders
• Food and drink not mentioned above are not included in this tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Gratuities are not included in this tour

• This tour is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant, has heart disease, hypertension or broken bones
• This experience is not suitable for children under the age of 15
• Zipline experience has a maximum weight limit of 120kg per person
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• ICS Thailand cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. ICS Thailand retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
