Availability:

• Available: Monday – Friday: From 4am–12pm. Your departure time will be confirmed the evening before your flight (expect it to be very early). IMPORTANT: Times vary from the published times as departures follow the sun
• Not valid: Saturday and Sunday, public holidays or during ballooning championship days
• Meeting/Drop-off point: Crown Casino, Burswood car park, Park Rd, Burswood WA. Parking is available and security cameras are present throughout. You must not be late as the minibus will leave the meeting point on time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refunds applicable.
  • The journey is close to 1.2 hours so please visit the toilet just before you leave your home or hotel
• Bookings must be made by 10 October 2024 and fly before 31 October 2024
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2024

Important:

• Exclusions: Drinks, additional food, and direct hotel transfers
• Departure times vary in accordance with the time of sunrise
• Please allow up to seven hours for this experience (approximately), including travel time. Flights on average last approximately one hour. Flights might be shorter or longer subject to weather conditions and areas to land on and is entirely up to the discretion of the pilot
• Please dress appropriately for all weather conditions using and wear sturdy footwear
• Hot air balloon rides are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests.
• No-flight days are at the discretion of the duty pilot for passenger safety
• No step-free access

Terms & Conditions:

• Children must be a minimum age of 6 to travel on the balloon flight and children up to age 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the balloon flight
• All hot air balloon flights are subject to availability and weather conditions
• Maximum weight limit of 130kg applies
• This experience is not suitable for people who are over 12 weeks pregnant. Passengers who suspect they may be pregnant should check with their doctor before travel

Cancellations:

• Non-refundable after 7 days from purchase, once redeemed/booked and for late arrivals and no-shows to pick-up
• All changes and cancellations are subject to our standard Refund Policy
• Cancellations by Liberty Balloon Flights: Liberty Balloon Flights will email a reschedule flight request if the flight is cancelled; reply to this email with your next available date. Participants will be eligible for a one-month validity extension if they have had three flight bookings cancelled by Liberty Balloon Flights

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Any rescheduling request made after the offer has expired will incur additional fees if less than three confirmed flight attempts have been registered

• Maximum purchase limit of four per customer applies

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
