  • Lactose-free and no-beef diets: Suitable
  • Vegetarian, vegans and halal diets: Not suitable
  • Gluten: Possible if soy sauce can be consumed. 2–3 tastings have larger sources of gluten
  • Peanuts/tree nuts: Possible, but 1–2 tastings are unsuitable as traces are likely. Not recommended for severe allergies
  • No seafood: Possible if small amounts of shrimp paste are acceptable. 3–4 tastings are unsuitable
  • Pescatarian: 5–6 tastings on the tour are unsuitable for pescatarians
  • Shellfish allergy: Possible, but 4–5 tastings are unsuitable and traces are highly likely. Not recommended for severe allergies
  • No pork: Pork-free is not possible, 4–6 tastings unsuitable. Not recommended for those who follow a strict no-pork diet

  • Note: The nature of street food means that it cannot be 100% guaranteed that traces of allergens won’t be found in dishes. Please ensure to bring any necessary medication such as an EpiPen for your allergies
• The easiest way to get to the meeting point is by taxi, or using the ‘Grab’ app (South East Asia’s version of Uber)
• This tour is conducted in English
• Please note, this is a walking tour where the pace is moderate, the terrain flat and there are plenty of rest (eating) stops along the way
• Please allow up to four hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Maximum eight guests per tour
• Minimum numbers apply for this tour. Should the minimum numbers not be met your tour may be rescheduled or a full refund offered
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• A Chef’s Tour cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour
