Changes to Booking

• Changes can be made to your experience booking at any time up to 3 business days before your experience date. This includes but is not limited to, the experience itself, date, time, people and dietary needs. Please keep in mind that some changes may incur an added cost

• A mobile phone with internet access is required on the day of your experience
• Transport throughout the experience is not included. Own car will be required for driving

Important:

• You can expect gourmet foods from local artisan producers, including traditional picnic foods. As artisan producers will be unique to the different destinations, final picnic contents will vary
• Most dietary needs can be catered for at no additional charge, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diets. Guests can also outline any allergies at the time of booking. AmazingCo will do their best to cater for pregnancy when requested. Pescetarians are recommended to book as vegetarians
• All food, wine and tastings will be covered in the cost of your experience, including picnic supplied for your perfect picnic spot
• You’ll get your clues via email a day or two before your picnic, after which you’ll have all your clues, games and puzzles ready to go! Please note, you’ll need a mobile phone with internet access the day of your experience
• Please allow up to approximately 3 hours for this experience
• Transport throughout the experience is not included. This experience requires driving (own car)
• Please note any parking costs are not included
• Your self-guided experience will end indoors. Indoor locations are at one of AmazingCo’s local providers. Please note it spots at this location are on a first come, first serve basis
