• Departure Point: Milford Sound Visitor Terminal, Milford Sound 9679. Guests must make their own way to the terminal
• Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for check-in and boarding

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, hotel transfers, Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to RealNZ
• Please allow 45 minutes to one hour to park and walk to the Milford Sound Visitor Terminal. Parking is available at the main parking area from NZ$10 an hour – this car park is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Visitor Terminal. Parking is also available at Deepwater Basin, approximately a 25-minute walk from the terminal. During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location
• Milford Sound is around 5–6 hours’ (one-way) drive from Queenstown and around three hours’ drive from Te Anau
• If you are self-driving from Queenstown, try to stay overnight in Te Anau as the trip to Milford and back from Queenstown can be tiring. Leave plenty of time to stop at the many scenic trails and lookouts along the way
• Please note, due to the remote nature of Fiordland, there is no Wi-Fi available on the cruise
• Menu is subject to change. Images and sample menu have been provided as examples only
• Please note the vessels used for the cruise will depend on your selected departure time and availability of the vessel
  • The Haven departs: 10:30am, 1pm, 3.15pm
  • The Mariner departs: 10:30am, 1pm
  • The Sovereign departs: 11am, 1.30pm
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience, including boarding and disembarking time

• Child rate applies for children aged 5–15. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. All children under 18 are required to be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
