• Cancellations received greater than 72 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable

• Cancellations received within 72 hours of tour commencement are nonrefundable

• Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. This is applicable to any tour participant who fails to arrive or arrives after tour departure

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Those requiring wheelchair access into the museum will need to enter the museum to the left of the main entrance (while facing it) where a ground level entrance is located. Please inform the staff you are meeting a tour group in the main lobby
• Bag check is available at the museum, please allow extra time and check your items prior to tour commencement
• Please allow up to 120 minutes for this experience, including travel time
• Food and drinks are not included
• Hotel transfers are not included
• Gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated
