• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Warm clothes and layers as coastal winds can make conditions quite cold

• Please note, return times are based on penguin sightings and vary throughout the year. Tours return at approximately 12am from November – February, 11pm in March, 10pm in April, 9pm from May – August, 9.30pm in September and 10.30pm in October. These times should be used as a guide only

• Photography is not permitted at Phillip Island Penguin Parade. Please do not use cameras of any kind including phones and camcorders at any time during your visit to the Penguin Parade

• Download the Go West Tours app from the App Store or Google Play prior to your departure for access to the tour language commentary. Available in Arabic, Malay, Cantonese, French, German, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese and Hindi
• Meals are not included in this tour, however, stops will be made along the way for meal purchases at own expense
• Hotel transfers are not included
• Please allow up to 10 hours for this experience, including travel time
