Guest must provide the following information when booking:

• Please advise if you would like an Antipasto (savoury), Fruit, or Sweet grazing box? One option is included for both guests
• Please advise if there are any dietary requirements
• Please advise if you would like a bottle of Orange Juice, Appletiser, Coca Cola, or Coca Cola No Sugar
• Personalised message board wording (e.g. ‘Happy Birthday’ - six-word limit applies)
• Any special requirements or comments

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations

• A refund or date change can be made without charge up to 7 days prior to booked experience date

• Cancellations made within 7 days prior to booked experience date, late arrivals and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Picnic site is close to car parking and toilet facilities. Once you book, you’ll receive an SMS with the exact location

Important:

• Each grazing board is enough to share between two/three guests
• For a group picnic, a graze board is included for every two guests
• Graze board inclusions are seasonal and subject to change. Sample menu and images have been provided as an example only
• Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available. Please let Graze and Gaze know of any dietary requirements when making your booking
• BYO is permitted – must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption

Terms & Conditions:

• If adverse weather is predicted 48 hours ahead of your picnic experience, guests may choose from three options: arrange an alternative date for your experience; move your picnic to a sheltered location you can provide within 5km of the Sydney CBD, postcode 2000; or exchange your booking for a gift voucher which is valid for up to three years
• Duration for picnic experience is 120 minutes. Extensions to your timeslot are subject to availability and will incur a surcharge, payable directly to Graze and Gaze
• Children-only bookings are not permitted – a minimum of two adults must be included in the bookings

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
