Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 3 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your first entry time and date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of your first entry time and date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• No partial refunds apply for unused or unredeemed entry passes

Availability:

• Available every day: Attractions open from 9am; last entry from 4.45pm (please note opening times vary between individual attractions)
• Not valid: 25 December
• Tickets valid from 90 days of purchase
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, transportation, merchandise, and entry to special exhibitions are not included
• Please note: Busiest periods at the London Eye and Madame Tussauds are between 12 noon and 3pm, so it is advisable to visit at a different time
• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first served basis
• Madame Tussauds London will not admit guests with suitcases
• No food or drink is permitted in the SEA LIFE London Aquarium

Terms & Conditions:

• Children under the age of 5 are not permitted inside the London Dungeon. All other attractions allow children under the age of 5.
• Children under 2 are free, however the number of infants need to be noted at the time of booking. Maximum 3 free infants per booking allowed
• A full refund can only be given if tickets are cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your first entry time and date. Partial refunds are not possible
• All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
• Re-entry is not permitted on the attractions
