• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Private transfers return available from Hanoi city centre hotels – please advise accommodation location at time of booking
• Please be waiting at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Unfortunately this tour is not wheelchair accessible
• Please allow up to four hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum two people required to book
• Children aged 0–5 years may attend free of charge when sharing the Vespa with their parents – please advise at the time of booking
• Must be aged 18+ to consume alcohol and provide valid ID upon request. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult guardian (18+) and an alternative drink will be provided
• Tour is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with heart problems and other serious medical conditions
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48–24 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
