• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

• A full safety briefing as well as safety equipment will be provided at the Volcanic Air Base
• All passengers will be required to be weighed on the day of flight to ensure proper weight distribution in the aircraft
• Subject to conditions, children under 2 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–1), please contact Volcanic Air as aviation conditions apply
• Please note that bags or packs are not permitted on board. Guests are welcome to bring a camera
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Volcanic Air. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• A minimum of two adult fares are required for flights to operate
• Tour duration, flight times and inclusions may vary due to weather conditions, volcanic/geothermal activities and passenger loadings
• Excursion landings are undertaken at your own risk and such landings are at your pilot’s sole discretion
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Any deviation from the declared weights within reason may incur a surcharge or result in your flight being rescheduled
• If an individual’s weight exceeds 110kg, a surcharge may apply. Any passenger exceeding 135kg will be required to purchase two adult fares
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made between 30 days and 7 days before departure date: 25% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before departure date: 75% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 30 days’ notice is required to request changes to a booking you have made. Changes are subject to availability
