Availability:

• Available every day: Departures 10am and 1.30pm
• Departure Point: Opposite Hunter Valley Gardens on Broke Road, Pokolbin, NSW, 2322
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time

Important:

• Exclusions: Lunch, additional drinks (unless specified) and hotel transfers are not included
• Whilst the carriages offer some weather protection, this is a predominantly outdoor activity and you should dress in weather-appropriate clothing
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are valid for one person. A minimum of three people are required to complete a booking
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Passengers must comply with weight capacity limits for the carriages. Total weight limit for each carriage is as follows: Wagons - 700kg, Victoria Carriages - 250kg, Landau Carriages - 450kg, Brougham Carriages - 250kg. Should your group exceed these weight total weight capacities, please contact Hunter Valley Classic Carriages directly on 0456193097 or email admin@huntervalleyclassiccarriages.com.au to discuss alternatives
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times during the experience. Infants under 12 months of age are free of charge, however, please specify at the time of booking
• To maintain a safe and enjoyable service, the drivers may need to make on-the-spot decisions to reroute or modify plans in response to hazards, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. While this is uncommon, the drivers prioritise ensuring a safe and pleasant experience
• In the very unlikely event of unsafe weather conditions, the operator may decide to transfer your tour to a bus, if available. If no other option is feasible, the operator reserves the right to cancel your booking but in such cases, a certificate will be given to reschedule your tour for a later date or, at the operator’s discretion, refund up to 75% of the booking price, depending on the circumstances and logistics involved

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
