King Ora Salmon Tartare served with lemon dressing, chardonnay vinegar, fresh shallots, cucumber, chives, dill
Sofia’s famous house-made bread with extra virgin olive oil, oregano, sea salt (gf option available)
Luca’s Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, balsamic dressing
Sofia’s Cacio e Pepe: linguine, cream, sea salt, cracked pepper, tossed in parmesan wheel at the table
