• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from Dubai hotels – please advise of accommodation at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• For guests travelling with children aged 2–4 years old or children under 135cm tall, please book a private vehicle and enter child details at time of booking
• The journey from Downtown Dubai to Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve is approximately 40–55 minutes. From Palm Jumeirah, the journey is approximately 55 minutes
• Menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Images and sample menu have been provided as an example only
• Please contact Arabian Adventures directly for dietary requirements, special needs and arrangements
• Free-flow alcoholic beverages will be served only after sunset. Alcohol will not be served at all during Ramadan and other religious holidays.

• Maximum capacity of shared and private vehicles is four passengers
• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Arabian Adventures reserves the right to cease service of alcohol to guests who display obvious signs of intoxication
• Participation is not recommended for pregnant ladies or people with pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments, neck or back problems)
• A surcharge from AED100 applies for hotel pick-up/drop-off from Abu Dhabi, Ras Al-Khaimah and Fujairah, payable directly to Arabian Adventures
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Operating schedules may change during the holy month of Ramadan, and during the summer months, or due to force majeure. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at Arabian Adventures discretion
• Arabian Adventures reserves the right to cancel any service or alter any part of the service at their discretion without prior notification
