Availability:

• Available every day: Days and hours of operation for each attraction vary; please check before you go
  • Shared Dubai City Tour with Abra Boat Ride: Monday, Wednesday & Saturday: Departs 8am; returns 3.30pm (approximately)
  • Sunset Desert Safari: Every day on request: Pick-up from 3pm–4pm; drop-off from 9pm–10pm (times vary according to your pick-up location)
  • At The Top – Burj Khalifa: Off-peak hours ONLY: 8am–2.30pm & 7pm–12am (last entry at 11.15pm)
  • Dubai Parks & Resorts Single-Day Admission: Every day: 10am–10pm (*subject to change)
  • Dubai Marina Evening Dhow Cruise: Every day: Hotel pick-up from 7pm (approximately); Cruise: 8.30pm–10.30pm (times vary according to your pick-up location)
• Some attractions will require pre-booking to redeem pass
• The pass is valid for 30 days from the day of first use

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals and drinks (unless specified), hotel transfers (unless specified), transport, merchandise, and additional entry to exhibitions or attractions
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Elevate DMC
• Dubai Parks & Resorts Single-Day Admission:
  • Valid for entry to one park only
  • Choice of either: Real Madrid World, MOTIONGATE™ Dubai, LEGOLAND® Dubai or LEGOLAND® Water Park

Terms & Conditions:

• Travellers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification during the tour. Please bring your ID documents
• Entry requirements: Specific age requirements or additional entry requirements may apply for certain attractions, which may include a surcharge. Please review entry conditions for your desired attractions before booking. Refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
• Each attraction can only be visited once
• Refunds do not apply for any unredeemed attraction entries
• Attractions listed are subject to change depending on availability
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian aged 18+ at all times

Cancellations:

• No fees apply for cancellations made before your booking confirmation is received from Elevate DMC
• Once your bookings are confirmed with Elevate DMC, the following cancellation policies apply:
  • Dubai Parks & Resorts Single-Day Admission: Non-refundable
  • Sunset Desert Safari, Dhow Cruise, Shared Dubai City Tour, Burj Khalifa Entry: 72 hours’ notice is required for a full refund claim. No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of departure.

Changes to Booking:

• Once bookings are confirmed, the following policies apply:
  • Dubai Parks & Resorts Single-Day Admission: No changes permitted
  • Sunset Desert Safari, Dhow Cruise, Shared Dubai City Tour, Burj Khalifa Entry: 6 hours’ notice prior to departure date is required to change a booking you have made
• All changes are subject to availability

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
