• You will receive an electronic voucher from Desert Gate after they confirm your booking (note: your confirmation email is not valid for entry)

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure time: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 72–48 hours prior to departure time: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure time, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellation due to weather conditions: guests can choose between a free rescheduling or full refund

• Passengers must bring their original passport for check-in
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Please note, flights do not operate after sunset
• Meals, drinks and transfers are not included in this experience
• Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this experience (depending on flight time selected), including check-in and briefing
• Helicopter flights are shared, meaning you will likely share your experience with other guests

Terms & Conditions:

• Children aged 0–2 are not permitted on this experience
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• The weight of all passengers is required at the time of booking. Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Desert Gate will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Desert Gate works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• This is a weather-dependent activity that may be cancelled without prior notice even at the last minute in order to ensure the safety of the passengers
