• Grazing platter menu is subject to change. Images and sample menu have been provided as examples only
• Special dietary requirements cannot be accommodated as only a grazing-style menu is included
• Each dog must have their own ticket. Dog breed and weight details must be provided at the time of booking
• For everyone’s comfort, only small to medium-sized dogs are permitted. Maximum weight limit of 25kg per dog applies
• All dogs must be well-behaved, vaccinated and desexed. This is a social cruise, so dogs should be comfortable around other dogs and people
• Dogs must remain on a lead at all times throughout the cruise

• Owners are kindly requested to ensure their dogs have relieved themselves prior to boarding
• The cruise does not contain a guided tour, however your skipper on the day may share personal stories and Harbour knowledge

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking to ensure the maximum number of passengers aboard the boat is not exceeded
• Minimum 10 passengers needed for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Maximum 20 guests per cruise
• Maximum eight dogs per cruise. Dogs must be booked with an adult ticket
• Cruises are generally not affected by weather and the cruise proceeds in all weather conditions, as vessels contain indoor and outdoor areas. If Sea Sydney Harbour deems the weather conditions unsafe, your cruise will be rescheduled to an alternate date
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Sea Sydney Harbour abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them

Cancellations:

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

• Reschedules are permitted up to seven (7) days prior to your departure. Any proposed rescheduled date must be within 12 months of the original booking date, otherwise, you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking
• Any rescheduling requests are subject to acceptance of the Sea Sydney Harbour
• You cannot make more than one (1) rescheduling request
