• Departure Point: 2 Pelias Street, Exmouth, Western Australia
• Pick-up and drop-off is available from selected local Exmouth accommodation – please advise of your location at time of booking
• Surcharges apply for transfers beyond the selected accommodation area from $150 per couple, to be arranged directly with and payable to Exmouth Dives & Whale Sharks

Important:

• Participants must be physically fit, over 13 years old, a good snorkeller and have snorkelled within the past six months to be eligible to enter the water with a whale
• Before entering the water near a whale, swimmers will be required to take a quick in water swimming assessment
• Strict distance guidelines apply and safety is paramount in these very special encounters
• Swimmers can approach as close as 30 metres from the whale, which will provide an excellent surface view of the animals and allow the swimmers to hear them
• Please note that whales are completely wild and the tour does not disrupt their natural behaviours in any way
• Please bring a USB with at least 3GB of space
• Not included is an 8GB Humpback Whale souvenir USB, which may be purchased at own expense
• Pictures and video will be available at the shop in the mall next to the bakery, after 9am the following day
• Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo requests guests to advise at the time of booking if: they take strong medication, have a previous or current heart condition, ear or sinus problems, have asthma or breathing issues, back problems, have a hernia, diabetes, very low fitness levels, overweight, some type of disability, migraines, severe allergies, carry an Epipen or have any other relevant condition

• Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo reserve the right to alter or cancel specific dives, tours and courses without notice due to weather, sea conditions, minimum numbers or other factors
• Please note that even if confirmed, all tours are subject to safe weather conditions and minimum booking numbers
• Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo always recommend that you travel with flexibility in your itinerary and with travel insurance
• If you don’t get to experience an in-water interaction with a whale, whaleshark or manta ray, you get 50% off the ticket price of your next whale swim tour
