- Pick-up point: Pick up from Russell Wharf, Paihia Wharf or Waitangi Wharf (please confirm this when booking)

- Minimum three people required for the tour to go ahead. Maximum six people per tour
- Bring your own refreshments for the trip. It is also recommended to bring a sun hat and sunscreen and something warm as it can get chilly out on the water sometimes
- Your booking voucher must be presented at the time of boarding as well as photo ID if required. You may also be required to provide a credit card on arrival to cover incidental charges
