Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100% Cancellations

• A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for independent passengers cancelling within 24 hours of departure

• A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for groups of 10 or more cancelling within 72 hours of departure

Changes to Booking

• Available every day: Check-in from 8.30am–9.30am; boarding closes 9.45am; departs from Cairns 10am; returns 5.30pm (approximately)
• Departure Point: Check-in at the Reef Fleet Terminal, 1 Spence Street
• Boarding closes at 9.45am and strict departure time of 10am applies. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2024

Important:

• Any dietary requirements must be advised of at time of booking or at least three days prior to departure date
• Passengers who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take necessary precautions such as motion sickness medication prior to travel

• Minimum numbers apply to all bookings and may be cancelled or postponed if requirements are not met
• Tours and upgrades are subject to change depending on availability, weather and tidal conditions
• The Moore Reef Day Tour may be cancelled occasionally due to poor weather. This decision is made after carefully assessing current and forecast conditions, with the comfort and safety of passengers as the number one priority
• If cancelled, Sunlover Reef Cruises will endeavour to contact affected passengers with as much notice as possible and offer an alternate date. If you accept the alternative date, no refunds are given. If an alternative date cannot be arranged then you will receive a full refund
• Sea conditions vary every day. The pontoon and catamaran are very stable and safe. If the rare occasion occurs and it is deemed that it isn’t safe to operate due to sea conditions, passengers will be offered travel on an alternate day or will receive a refund
