Important:

• Minimum of four passengers required for all packages and tours
• Air Kimberley will respond within 24 hours to confirm your booking and departure time. Following confirmation of the tour, if the tour falls below the minimum number of four required to operate, the tour will be placed on hold until minimum numbers are met
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Subject to conditions, children under 3 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–2), please contact Air Kimberley as aviation conditions apply
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference. With adequate notice, most requirements can be met
• Please note, Horizontal Falls is a natural phenomenon which is tide dependant with variable flow. While Air Kimberley will do their best to arrive at a time of optimum flow, the amount or level of water flowing through the falls at any given time cannot be guaranteed
• Please allow up to six hours for this experience, including three hours total flight time

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Air Kimberley. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• The maximum single seat payload is 120kg
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Air Kimberley will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. VENDOR works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• Adverse weather conditions may mean that the planned itinerary cannot proceed as intended. If adverse weather means that you are unable to complete the full tour, then any refund will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis depending on the flying time involved
• If Air Kimberlery is unable to facilitate a particular tour activity, a refund for the cost of that activity will be given
