• Redeem your voucher for a ticket from the bus driver or staff at any bus stop along the route

Things to note

• Please note that Stop #10 (Golden Gate Park) is closed on Sundays. Please use Stop #100 (North-West corner of Lincoln Way & 9th Ave) on Sundays instead.
• Day Tour (Red Route): a full circuit takes about 2 hours and 20 minutes if you don’t hop off the bus.
• Sunset Tour (Blue Route): a full circuit takes 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please note that the Night Tour isn’t a hop-on, hop-off tour.
• You’re welcome to join our tours from any stop. Please see the Day Tour (Red Route), Sunset Tour (Blue Route) route timetable pages for further details on stop locations.

Please arrive 20 - 30 minutes before your preferred tour as seats are subject to availability. Please note that the Sunset Tour does not operate on the 4th of July, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• The voucher is valid for 365 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

Package: Discover Ticket (24-Hour Flexible Date)

Eligibility

• Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Packages: Essential Ticket (24-Hour Flexible Date) and Explore Ticket (48-Hour Flexible Date)

Eligibility

• Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats

• The ticket is valid for 2 consecutive days, starting from the date chosen during booking as the first day of the tour
