Cancellations

• Cancellations within 28 days prior to arrival will be free of charge
• Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of amount paid
• Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of amount paid
• Should a last-minute reservation be made, the release date and cancellation policy will be discussed and agreed upon accordingly

• Minimum two people required for experience to proceed
• Life jacket is required for all watersport activities
• Jet ski must be guided by instructor (No extra cost for the instructor)
• Suitable for participants aged 5-50. Recommended participants aged 5-12 years have adult supervision
• Dive & Water Sports and Bali Ocean Walker activities are not suitable for pregnant women, those with heart problems, respiratory problems, existing sinus problems, those who have recently had an ear infection or suffer from claustrophobia
