Cancellations

• Cancellations within 28 days prior to arrival will be free of charge
• Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of amount paid
• Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of amount paid
• Should a last-minute reservation be made, the release date and cancellation policy will be discussed and agreed upon accordingly

• Available every day: 9am-2.30pm (last booking at 1pm)
• Pick-up/Drop-off Point: Transfer services are provided within Ubud Area from hotel/villa accommodaton to Abiansila. Please advise of accommodation location when booking
• Departure Point: Gekko Tubing Bali

Important:

• Minimum two people required to book for experience to proceed
• Allow approximately 90 minutes for this experience
• Latest reservation time is at 1pm; participant must be ready at meeting point by this time to participate
• Tubing insurance covers personal health only and does not cover loss or damage to your belongings (camera or mobile phone)
• Please do not bring a non-waterproof camera/video on this experience

What To Bring

• Tubing outfit (T-shirt, short pants or swimsuit and river sandals)
• A change of clothes for use after the activities
• Sunscreen
