Important:
- Confirmation will be received at the time of booking
- Minimum age of 5 years and a minimum height of 120cm applies for all participants of this experience
- Children must be accompanied by an adult for check-in
- No loose items can be taken on board such as cameras or hats. They must be left in the storage boxes provided
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Near public transportation (13-minute walk from town or 2-minute taxi)
- No travellers with back or neck problems. No pregnant travellers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Jet Boat ride is weather dependent and may be cancelled for passenger and crew safety. If this experience is cancelled due to poor weather, participants will be offered an alternate date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
