- Smashed Avo: Two free-range poached eggs, smashed avocado, homemade hummus, feta, dukkah, cherry tomatoes, on Fellini sourdough
- Pulled Pork - Tiradda de cerdo: Two free-range poached eggs, homemade spiced pulled pork, smashed avocado topped with hollandaise sauce on rustic ciabatta
- Mushroom Dukkha: Two free-range eggs, butter thyme mushrooms, spinach, grilled tomato, crumbled hash brown, dukkah on Fellini sourdough
- Royale: Two free-range poached eggs, spinach, smoked salmon on Fellini sourdough, topped with hollandaise sauce
- Nutella Waffles: Served with vanilla gelato, chocolate sauce, strawberries banana, marshmallow and whipped cream
- Fellini Brekky: Two free-range eggs, bacon, hash brown with Fellini sourdough
- Benedicto: Two free-range poached eggs, crispy prosciutto, served on Fellini sourdough and topped with hollandaise sauce
- Fellini Breakfast Burger: Brioche bun, fried egg, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, aioli, tomato relish served with a side of crumbled hash brown
- Toast: Your choice of either sourdough, GF or raisin bread, toasted and served with either butter, strawberry jam, vegemite or Nutella
