• Hotel transfers, food and drinks are not included
• Outside food or drinks (unless caring for babies or food allergies in children) are not allowed inside Yas Waterworld. Food and drinks are available for purchase
• Childcare services are not available within the park. Children must be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times
• Complimentary Shuttle Bus: Guests must present their e-tickets or vouchers to Yas Waterworld to board the bus. Shuttle bus operates on a first-come, first-served basis, no prior reservation required

Terms & Conditions:

• Ticket is valid for entry to Yas Waterworld only
• This ticket is only valid for entry during regular park operating hours. It is not valid for special events
• Regular park operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.
• Guests aged 4–11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and hold a valid admission ticket. Guests aged 3 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult holding a valid admission ticket but can enter the park for free
• Some rides have height restrictions. Please check website for up-to-date information here
• Quick Pass:
  • Your Pass is valid for one visit; you must redeem on the designated date shown on your Pass or it will expire
  • The Pass allows you access to some rides and attractions with shorter queue times but not all rides and attractions have Pass access
  • You must keep the wristband on your wrist. The Pass is void if the wristband is removed from your wrist or if the wristband is altered, damaged or lost
  • The Pass is valid for one person. The Pass is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This Pass is void if re-sold, transferred, altered or damaged

Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds are available – all tickets are non-transferable and become void when cancelled. Tickets cannot be exchanged for admission on a different day or refunded if not used

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accomodated
