Rooms

Make yourself at home in one of the 1184 guestrooms featuring refrigerators and microwaves. Flat-screen televisions with cable programming are available for your entertainment, and DVD players are also provided. Bathrooms have complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include coffee/tea makers and ceiling fans, as well as phones with free local calls.

Facilities

Dip into one of the 14 outdoor pools or 14 hot tubs and enjoy other recreational amenities, which include a water park (surcharge). This resort also features concierge services, an arcade/game room, and gift shops/newsstands.

Dining

Grab a bite at Cordovano Joes, one of the resort’s 2 restaurants, or stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours). Snacks are also available at the coffee shop/cafe. Relax with a refreshing drink from the poolside bar or one of the 2 bars/lounges. To-go breakfasts are available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM for a fee.

Dealing with great staff is a bonus and Sarah B is amazing nothing was any trouble she is a pleasure to deal with 10/10. Being we had to cancel our trip Sarah was very efficient and understanding of our circumstances and being as we have book through Luxury Escapes before and have had amazing holiday’s in the past this is just a hiccup before we book our next trip.
