Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a relaxed lounge and dining area. On the ground floor, there are two well-appointed bedrooms – one double and one twin – and a shared bathroom.
Upstairs, four spacious bedrooms await, including a standout master with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Outside, enjoy the sun-soaked pool, cushioned loungers and multiple dining areas, all surrounded by manicured gardens.
Arrival between 9pm and 4am is subject to a EUR80 late arrival fee.

House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

- Strict sound regulations apply in Ibiza’s residential areas. DJ equipment and external speakers are not permitted at the villa. A Bluetooth speaker is provided for your use. Breaching these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- The villa is fitted with noise sensors. If sound levels exceed the legal limit, you will receive a warning. Any complaints from neighbours, the town hall or police may result in on-the-spot fines, which guests will be responsible for.
