Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 31 days prior to the original check-in date. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to enquire. Subject to availability and surcharges. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 31 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Up to two children (12 and under) may dine for free when with a dining adult. One child per adult restriction applies. Additional children (outside the first two children) are excluded from this benefit.
- The resort is going through a staged renovation and the following venues have been impacted:
- Kids Club is operating in a temporary venue until the end of April 2025 but will continue offering the full range of resort and kids activities
- Lobby Space renovations will continue until mid-March 2025
- Harmony Retreat Day Spa full renovations are underway until mid-May 2025.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
- Keep an eye out for an email from Tour Managers Fiji
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage.
- All guests must call or contact Tour Managers Fiji to re-confirm pick-up and drop-off details.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After the first hour, 50% of the transfer rate will be charged. An additional 50% of the transfer rate will be charged for every hour thereafter. Postponements due to flight delays where service is re-booked for a later date/time will incur no fees, Fiji Tour Managers must be notified in advance of delays to your arriving flight.
- This experience does not include infant car seats. Should you require child seats, this will be an additional charge payable to Tour Managers Fiji.
