• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: Pick-up from 12pm. Departs 12.30pm; returns 5.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Christmas Day
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Inner Auckland City accommodation. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please arrive at your departure point 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Lunch is not included but there is the opportunity to purchase it en route at your own expense
• Please allow up to five hours for this tour, including travel time

• Children must be supervised by a legal adult guardian at all times
• Child rate applies for children aged 2–11. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking

• Bush and Beach cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Bush and Beach retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
