Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available every day: Sessions at 9am, 11am, 12pm, 2pm, 3pm & 4pm
• Meeting Point: Cougar Mountain Basecamp, Sixteen Mile Creek Forest Service Road, Whistler, BC, V0N 1B8, Canada. Follow your map app of choice to Cougar Mountain Road, just a 15-minute drive from Whistler Village. After turning off the highway, a short uphill drive through the forest will take you to the basecamp
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled tour time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 7 April 2025

Important:

• Guests must wear waterproof winter boots for the duration of the tour
• Hand and toe warmers are available for sale at the Basecamp Cafe
• You are more than welcome to bring a camera to capture the memories at your own risk. It is recommended to have one with a wrist strap or mount. GoPros are available to rent
• Drones are not permitted on this tour
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience, which includes 1.5 hours of ride time

Terms & Conditions:

• Drivers Licenses and IDs will be checked upon check-in to ensure that the safety requirements are met
• Driver Requirements:
  • All drivers must be over the age of 16, and have a valid driver’s license or learner’s permit to be physically present at check-in
• Passenger Requirements:
  • Beginner Tour: Guests must be over 4 feet tall and fit an XXS full-face helmet
  • Intermediate Tour: Guests must be over 4 feet tall and fit an XXS full-face helmet
• Mandatory collision coverage is applied to each snowmobile
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather, snow and trail conditions
• Minimum numbers may apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• The Adventure Group discourages guests from participating in snowmobiling when pregnant, with any current injuries, or any pre-existing back or neck injuries. To participate, written consent is required from a physician with the understanding that all activities are outdoors with some form of physical activity involved
• Guests cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol when joining any tour. Guests will be denied entry if you or anyone in your group does not meet the requirements listed
• All guests must sign a release of liability waiver prior to participating in any activity. Guests who are 16 years and older sign their own waiver. Guests under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
