• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 10 minutes prior to flight
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

• Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours and you may travel with other passengers.
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Passengers aged 4+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Subject to conditions, children under three may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant, please contact Wanaka Helicopters as aviation conditions apply
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Please note that Wānaka Helicopters will confirm your booking with you within 24 hours of receiving this email. If you have not heard from Wānaka Helicopters within this timeframe, please contact info@wanakahelicopters.co.nz or phone 03 443 1085. Wānaka Helicopters will do their best to accommodate your selected time and flight but sometimes due to weather or pilot availability, we will have to change your selected day or time. Please only assume this booking is confirmed once Wānaka Helicopters email to confirm it with you.

• Make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear for your flight (particularly on snowy landings)

• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• A minimum of 2 passengers per flight is required to operate
