- Departure Point: Nelson Cycle Hire and Tours – Airport House, Nelson Airport, Nelson 7011, NZ
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for briefing and bike selection. Once bikes have been allocated, guests will be transported to the start point (at one end of Spooners Tunnel)
- Drop-Off Point: Guests are required to return bikes to Nelson Cycle Hire and Tours by 5pm on the day of booking
- Guests will be allocated the correct bike for their height on arrival. For sizing information, please see here
- This is a self-guided tour covering approximately 40 kilometres of downhill or flat trails. Please allow from two to six hours, depending on the number of stops

- Nelson Cycle Hire is not responsible for the non-operation of the Mapua Ferry

Cancellations:
- Nelson Cycle Hire reserves the right to charge a one-off administration/cancellation fee
- Cancellations made more than 61 days before departure date: 100% refund applies less a NZ$50 administration fee
- Cancellations made within 31–60 days of departure date: 75% refund applies (or NZ$50 administration fee, whichever is greater)
- Cancellations made within 14–40 days of departure date: 50% refund applies
- Cancellations made within 0–14 days of departure date: 50% refund applies or booking can be transferred without penalty
Changes to Booking:
- Changes can be made for a fee from NZ$25 per change
