• Valid for weekday admission (Monday – Friday) OR weekend or school holidays admission – please make your selection carefully
• Bookings valid for the date selected on purchase
• Bookings valid to 1 April 2026

Important:

• Please note from 22 July 2024 a single timeslot (10am) will be available on Off-Peak dates. This 10am session will be valid throughout the entire day, during the opening hours. Guests may enter anytime from 10am up until last entry (3.30pm)
• Weekday excludes school holidays. Weekend includes school holiday & public holidays
• Infants aged 0–2 are free of charge
• Digital Photo Pass: All guests will receive a physical ticket with a QR code on arrival at attraction. Scan QR code to save photos during the experience. The ticket has instructions to go to the magic memories site and download images using the unique code on the ticket. Digital photo pass includes eight photos

Cancellation:

• The tickets issued will be non-refundable and date/time slot change is not possible

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
