- Children must be aged 4+ to participate in this experience. Children under 4 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
- The sanctuary is wheelchair accessible. The morning tour is recommended for wheelchair users, with electric golf carts available for access to most areas
- In the event of rain, socks, boots, umbrellas and rain coats may be provided
