Terms and Conditions:
In the unlikely event that your tour fails to sight a whale, you will be provided with a free return whale watching cruise valid for up to 12 months (note: whale watching season is May – October)
All cruises are weather, minimum passenger number, and Queensland Health advisory dependent. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the operator, you will be provided with a full refund (excluding gift vouchers) or a 12-month credit to use towards another cruise
The operator and its employees are not liable or responsible for any accidental injury to passengers or any loss or damage to personal possessions
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian. If you are accompanied by a minor, you are responsible for their safety at all times
Passengers who require the use of a wheelchair must notify Sea World Cruises at least 24 hours before the day of departure to ensure the crew are prepared and the wheelchair passenger is not inconvenienced. Wheelchair stations on the vessel are limited to one per tour. Due to safety reasons, Sea World Cruises are unable to accommodate electric wheelchairs on their vessels
