• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• You will receive your Sea World entry tickets when you check-in for your whale watching cruise
• You can visit Sea World the same day as your whale watching experience or any other day (within 12 months of cruise departure date)
• Complimentary car parking is available onsite at Sea World

Whale Watching Cruise Terms & Conditions:

• Whale sighting guarantee: In the unlikely event that your tour fails to sight a whale, you will be provided with a free return whale watching cruise valid for up to 12 months (Note: whale watching season is from late May to early November)
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian. If you are accompanied by a minor, you are responsible for their safety at all times
• In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the operator, you will be provided with a full refund (excluding gift vouchers) or a 12-month credit to use towards another cruise
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Sea World Cruises for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Passengers who require the use of a wheelchair must notify Sea World Cruises at least 24 hours before the day of departure to ensure the crew are prepared and the wheelchair passenger is not inconvenienced. Wheelchair stations on the vessel are limited to one per tour. Due to safety reasons, Sea World Cruises are unable to accommodate electric wheelchairs on their vessels
• The operator and its employees are not liable or responsible for any accidental injury to passengers or any loss or damage to personal possessions
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Sea World Terms & Conditions:

• Attraction entry validity duration: One day represents a calendar day, not 24-hour cycle
• Rides and attractions are subject to availability and may be closed without notice for maintenance
