  • Please note, this tour travels to an operating mine site. Guests are required to follow all directions given by the tour guide to ensure their safety
  • During the tour, if three toots of the bus horn are heard all passengers must return to the bus immediately as it means a ‘Mayday’ has been called at the mine. The driver will be given instructions from Mine Operations before continuing or leaving the mine site
  • Hot drinks are not permitted onboard the vehicle
  • Tours are seasonal and do not operate all year round
  • Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

  • Student rates are valid for holders of an Australian Student card that must be presented at check-in
  • Child rate applies for children aged 3–13. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
  • All children under 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
  • All guests (including children) are required to wear fully enclosed shoes for this tour. Infants are permitted to wear socks provided they do not get off the bus
  • Safety glasses and helmets will be provided and must be worn at all times while outside the vehicle. If you have a bike helmet for your child/infant, you are welcome to bring this along to use as their safety helmet. Please note, if children do not wear safety helmets and glasses, they will be required to stay on the bus with an adult (18+)
  • Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
  • Minimum of six guests is required for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
  • Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
