• After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available
• Please note: Malolo Cat will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly. Please advise any infants travelling, if you require coach transfers and where your pick-up point is
• Every traveller must provide either a copy of their itinerary, sailing vouchers or a hard copy of travel documents to check in for their transfer on the day

Availability:

• Daily ferry departures from 1 December 2024: Departs Port Denarau at 8am*, 2pm and 5.30pm. Departs Plantation Island Resort: 5.45am, 10.15am and 3.45pm
• Ferry transfer duration is approximately 50 minutes
• Note: The Malolo Cat 7.30am (8am from 1 December 2024) will only operate if reservations reach the minimum number. All guests will automatically be booked on the 10.30am (2pm from 1 December 2024) service if the Early Bird service is cancelled. Please plan your departures accordingly
• Departure times subject to change
• Courtesy shuttle pick-up point:
  • Arrival: Starts from Musket Cove Nadi Airport office or Fiji Gateway Hotel. Shuttles leave one hour prior to ferry departure from Denarau Marina. The Malolo Cat coach only stops at selected Nadi hotels which guests have booked coach transfers for in advance
  • Departure: Shuttle leaves 20 minutes after boat arrival at Port Denarau Marina en route to Nadi International Airport only
  • Note: Guests who have missed their bus may contact reservations and book for the next boat and bus pick up, or make their own way to Port Denarau Marina at their own expense. There is no refund if guests miss the complimentary free pick up for any reason

Cancellations:

• Minimum cancellation notice of 1 hour is required for a full refund claim
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 1 hour of departure, late arrivals or no-shows
• For all cancellations, travellers must contact Malolo Cat reservation team at res@malolocat.com or phone 679 6750 207
• Changes to Booking: 1 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Important:

• It is recommended that all guests carry travel insurance
• Baggage Restrictions:
  • Maximum baggage allowance of 25kg is permitted per adult, plus maximum 5kg carry-on baggage. Excess baggage will be charged from FJ$2 per kg
  • Surfboards cannot be transported to/from Port Denarau on the courtesy bus service. Please advise if you are carrying surfboards at time of reservation to make alternate arrangements (additional fees apply)
  • Guests may carry a maximum of 2 litres of Duty Free spirits or wine per adult (18+) as hand luggage. No cartons of beer, wine or bottled water will be allowed as luggage or carry on. A penalty from FJ$2 per kg will be charged for excess baggage. Chilly bins are not allowed to be loaded on board Malolo Cat vessels
• There is no coach transfer available from the Coral Coast at this time
• No food, drinks or ice cream can be carried or consumed aboard Malolo Cat ferries
• Malolo Island Resort is an unrelated property and is not serviced by Malolo Cat vessels
• All transfers are shared

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are valid for a one-way transfer, per passenger
• All transfers are subject to sea and weather conditions. Should adverse conditions prevent operation, guests are responsible for their own additional accommodation costs
• Leeward Island Services cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at airline check-in counter
• Leeward Island Services reserves the right to alter prices, apply fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport and vary itineraries and services if necessary
• Infant & Child policy: Infants under 2 may travel for free with an accompanying paying parent/guardian (18+). Please advise of infant details, including full name and age, at time of booking
  • Children under the age of 18 must accompanied by a supervising paying parent/guardian (18+)

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
