• Cancellations made within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund applicable
• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ prior notice to tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply

Changes to booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Food and drinks not specified above are not included in this experience. Any excess amount is payable directly to venue
• Transfers are not included
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability
• Tour proceeds in all weather conditions. In the event of a forecast exceeding 44 degrees Celcius 12–24 hours prior to a tour date, it will be cancelled and a notification will be sent out. Participants will be contacted for the option of a refund or rescheduling
• There is moderate walking on all tours. Participants must make sure to have water, good walking shoes and weather-appropriate protection
