24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Return transfers available at Queenstown central accommodations. Please confirm your pick-up address at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Flights are subject to a minimum of two passengers. Arrangements can often be made for solo passengers All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Infants (0–2 years old) fly free on a parent’s lap given they are under 15kgs. Children aged 3–13 years old are eligible for child rates. Passengers 14 years old and above are considered adults
• It is recommended you book for the start of your stay in Queenstown to avoid disappointments. A weather check 60 minutes prior to departure is recommended on 0800 777 922. This is to reconfirm booking details & pick-up time/location if required
• Passenger seat allocation is at the pilot’s discretion due to the weight and balance of the aircraft
• Please note that any deviation of weight could result in the flight being rescheduled and/or a surcharge being applied
• Please allow approximately three hours for this experience including travel time. Please note flight time is approximately two hours

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to True South Flights. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations

• True South Flights will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. True South Flights works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise.
