• Available: Tuesday & Saturday: Departs Cairns from 8am and Northern Beaches from 8.30am; returns at 6pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Monday, Wednesday – Friday & Sunday
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Roundtrip transfers are available from Cairns and Northern Beaches hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with 48 hours’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking
• Set menu restrictions apply to lunch and tastings. Any additional personal expenses or souvenirs must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Please allow up to 11 hours for this experience, including travel time
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 4–12. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• All children need to be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide a valid ID upon request
• Please note, public holiday surcharges are not included and need to be confirmed with Tropic Tours at the time of booking
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure date: 20% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made up to and less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
