• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking

• Guests are to bring swimwear for bathing
• Waterproof footwear such as thongs or slides are also recommended
• Lockers are provided, however it is recommended to leave your valuables at home

• Not valid: Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and blackout dates apply including 27 September, 4 November and 5 November

• Car parking is available onsite free of charge. Alba Thermal Springs and Spa car park has ample parking including accessible parking and Porsche charging ports for electric cars

• All-day access to thermal bathing pools is valid for single entry only, meaning that re-entry is not permitted once you have entered and redeemed your offer

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa

Positioned in beautiful, landscaped gardens, Alba offers contemporary geo-thermal bathing including a rain pool, herbal-infused botanical pools, forest pools, a sunset pool and private pools on the rooftop and The Terrace. Luxurious full day self-care packages, half day rituals and treatments are available in the spa.
