• No-shows, Late-comers or Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are deemed non-refundable. – Please note refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Enjoi NZ.
• Cancellations between 48 – 72 hours you receive a 50% refund if applicable.
• A $30 per person cancellation fee apply’s to all refunds and rescheduling.

Availability:

• Available Thursday – Friday: Departs: 10.35am from Waiheke Ferry Terminal; returns: 4pm
  • Please note: Guests travelling from Auckland Ferry Terminal must ride the 10am Fullers Ferry to arrive on time for tour (own cost)
• Not valid: Saturday – Wednesday
• Bookings valid to 30 November 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Pick-up and drop-off is available from the island’s ferry terminal or selected Waiheke Island Ferry accommodation only
  • Guests must make their own way to/from Auckland on the ferry (tickets not included)
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Food is not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Ferry ride tickets are not included. Guests must make their own way to/from Waiheke Island
• Pick-up details are to be supplied at the time of booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests

Terms & Conditions:

• Enjoi NZ reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings due to any unforeseen circumstances and COVID-19 or weather conditions at any time. In this case, guests will receive an option to reschedule
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

Cancellations:

• A $30 per person cancellation fee applies to all refunds and rescheduling
• Cancellations made between 48–72 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Special conditions apply to all group booking cancellations: If number of attendees drops below the confirmed numbers for group bookings, then you will be liable to pay for the confirmed amount of people

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
