• Digital photo pass: Guests will receive a physical ticket with a QR code on arrival. Scan QR code to save photos during the experience. The ticket provides instructions to find to the Magic Memories site and download images using the unique code on your ticket. Your digital photo pass includes eight photos
• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis
• LEGO® is for everyone regardless of age and skillset, however, LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre is an indoor children’s play centre aimed at children aged 3–10 and everything is kid-sized
• Each timed session is limited to up to three hours. Please arrive at the start time of your session so you can take full advantage of your session in the attraction.

Terms & Conditions:

• Guests will only be allowed to enter the attraction once per day. Booking multiple sessions in the same day will not be permitted
• Child rate applies for children aged 2–15. Children aged under 2 are considered to be infants and are free of charge
• Adults aged 18+ must be accompanied by a child (2–17) to visit. Adult tickets cannot be purchased individually, they must be combined with a child ticket
• Guests under the age of 15 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). Guests aged 16–17 are permitted to visit together but can not be responsible for anyone aged 15 or under

Cancellations:

• Tickets for this experience are non-transferable and non-refundable

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
