• Pick-up/drop-off point: Departs from Sydney Aquarium Wharf. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows will not be waited for and voids offer

• Exclusions: Additional food drinks (must be BYO), and hotel transfers
• Rate is valid for private charter of up to 30 passengers (including children and infants)
• Any children or infants must be accompanied by a supervising adult aged 18+
• Platter inclusions are subject to change. Images and menu descriptions are provided as an example only
• Maximum passenger capacity for vessel is 30 guests
• Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this experience, including boarding and disembarking time
• This cruise allows BYO food and alcohol. You must provide your own ice

Terms & Conditions:

• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Sea Monkey Sailing for passenger and crew safety
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Cancellation:

• If notice of cancellation is 31 days or more prior to charter departure date , the 25% deposit will be refunded less a 50% booking and administration fee
• If the charterer cancels the charter between 30 days to 7 days prior to the charter departure date, the full 25% deposit fee will be forfeited
• If the charter is cancelled within 7 days and full payment has been made, the whole charter fee (which may include catering, alcohol and wait staff) will be forfeited
